Are you referring that the five of you project to arrive on 4 July 2008
(Friday) at 1pm?

2. Tsai, Chen-An
3. Chen, Kuan-Ting
4. Xu, Yue-Zhong
5. Wu, Bing-Yun
Please arrive on Wednesday, 2 July 2008 if possible. This is because, you need to go to our Ministry of Manpower to collect the TEP prior to the start of your attachment and also settle yourself in the hostel & environment. If you arrive on 4 July 2008, you will not be able to start on 4 July 2008.
For Huang Jo-Tzu and Xu Yue-Zhong, their TEP are still in the process yet. Hence, they should not confirm their flight arrangement until they hear from us.
There will not be someone to pick you up from the airport. We will email the direction on how you can come in to NTU later.
